Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Falinud platform available at falinud.com. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Falinud governing your access to and use of the website, quizzes, learning materials, and any other services offered through falinud.com. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. 5.1 Platform Content

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, quizzes, assessments, course materials, logos, and software, is the property of Falinud or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in platform content.

5.2 Limited License

Falinud grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform content strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any content.

5.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content to the platform, including responses, feedback, or suggestions, you grant Falinud a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the platform.

The platform provides interactive quizzes and test assignments for educational purposes. You agree to complete all assessments honestly and without assistance unless expressly permitted. Attempting to manipulate scores, share answers, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in assessment systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Falinud does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

The platform and all content are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Falinud does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The educational content provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, investment, or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Falinud and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Falinud has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Falinud's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by general principles of contract law applicable to online services. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Falinud at contact@falinud.com . Falinud will make reasonable efforts to address your concern within 30 days.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Falinud regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
